Job Description

• Drive process/machine improvements to achieve KPIs; analyze performance and present weekly/monthly reports with corrective action plans.
• Execute process validation and re-validation (e.g., Sterilization, Cleanroom, and Sealing operations).
• Perform FMEA risk assessments for process and product changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in 2D/3D CAD software and basic computer applications.
• Logical analytical skills with structured planning and presentation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills under fast-paced conditions.
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001, GMP, and ISO 13485 standards.
